Yes, la dolce vita , "the sweet life.". One of my guilty pleasures is getting a blueberry danish from San Francisco Street Bakery at the farmers market and a latte from Dancing Goats Espresso (Batdorf & Bronson Coffee Roasters) then take a nice walk along the Percival Landing boardwalk.

"A new book points out that over the past 200 years, humans have drastically altered the Salish Sea to a degree previously associated only with the geological creation of ecosystems. As a result, we have diminished the ecosystem’s ability to provide for us."
